Jamie Moyer is looking for a new start with the Colorado Rockies. He also hopes his Magnolia home will attract a buyer with its new price.

Built in 1933, the landmark brick Tudor, highlighted by leaded glass windows, stone crests and shields, was recently discounted $1.4 million and is now for sale at $5,350,000.

The seven-bedroom, four and one-half bath home has approximately 7,100 square feet and sits on a gated corner lot. Property taxes are $34,969.

The backyard is an in-city vacation playground with salt water pool, bath house, batting cage, pizza oven and plenty of room for croquet or volleyball.

The former Mariner, who turned 49 in November, underwent reconstructive elbow surgery in 2010. He is one of 29 players in baseball history to have appeared in major league games in four decades.
