Seattle police have said there is a probable connection to the murder of Ingrid Lyne, a 40-year-old mother of Renton. Some of Lyne’s remains were discovered nearly two blocks away in the 1600 block of 21st Avenue at Pine Street.
Seattle police blocked off the area, and other garbage trucks were called to the scene to be searched.
