No charges for 2 Minneapolis officers in fatal shooting
Community leaders listen as Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman announces that two Minneapolis police officers, Officers Mark Ringgenberg and Dustin Schwarze, will not be charged in the November fatal shooting of Jamar Clark , a black man, during his press conference Wednesday, March 30, 2016 in Minneapolis. Clark was shot by police Nov. 15 during what authorities called a struggle. But some people who say they saw the shooting have said Clark wasn't struggling and was handcuffed. Clark died a day later.
