It’s the first day of Passover: my favorite holiday! Turns out my non-Jewish co-workers don’t know much about this Spring holiday. Trust me, I quizzed them. Oh, and a Seattle ice cream shop is creating a Passover ice cream sundae in honor of the occasion.
