Dori Monson

What Else Was Covered…

Chris The Producer Writes

Well today’s show is over and there is so much to discuss. Here is some of the things that Dori talked about that didn’t make it to the original post.

Some convicted teen felons are finding it hard to find a job. They aren’t reaching for the top CEO spot or asking for a high paying gig. They just want to have a job period. McDonalds, Burger King or Jack in the Box would be fine. Any job please. Should society give these felons a second chance? Maybe they should have thought of the hardships they would fall on before they committed the crime.

The real question is do these people deserve a chance to correct the mistakes that they have made. If they don’t get the chance some may fall right back into crime in order to make ends meet for them. Others may work hard, educate themselves and make due with the best that they are handed. What do you say?

While on the subject of teen criminals, the ACLU in Iowa is suing a city that makes the parents pay for their childrens crimes. Not in jail time of course, but in a monetary penalty after their child has committed a crime three times or has broken the cities curfew three times. On Mercer Island a couple of teens carjacked an SUV. Should their parents pay for the crime? Should parent have more of an incentive to keep their own kids in line? What do you think?

Hillary has decided to make sarcasm her new tactic on her way to the White House. Will it bring her all the way or will she end up only at the front gates? Take a look at the video:

Finally here are the words of Louis Farakkhan:

Many of you called in and said Dori was unfair with this clip and stated that Dori was trying to draw lines between Farakkhan and Obama that weren’t really there. Well now is your chance to tell us what you think.
