Well, it looks like the Obama photo story that we mentioned on Monday’s show has some legs. Everyone in the country seems to be talking about it today – so we’ll give you a chance to comment on it this afternoon. Is it dirty political tricks by Hillary? Is anyone who thinks it’s a “bad” photo a bigot? While no one will admit to this publicly, will this photo come back to haunt Obama in the general election – particularly in the south and heartland America? You’ll answer those questions this afternoon.

– I don’t know whether to blame the diver or the company – but this guy gets a Darwin Award. He was killed by a shark when scuba diving in waters that had been filled with chum to attract sharks.

– A 16 year old boy meets a 13 year old girls at a club – they have consensual sex – and the boy is now a registered sex offender for life. Is that too harsh to make him carry that designation the rest of his life? And I want to know if we can put her parents on a lifetime watch list for letting their 13 year old go to a club where she can then leave and have sex with a 16 year old guy.
