Over the weekend I watched the video of the mother in Florida who drove to a self-serve car wash, pulled her two year old daughter out of the back seat, and used the pressure hose to spray down the little girl.

 

The surveillance video is shocking – but is it child abuse? We have audio from the car wash manager and a police investigator that I’ll play on the show this afternoon.
