We had been nominated as a candidate for Radio and Records local talk personality of the year. But Bill Handel of KFI in Los Angeles won the award Saturday night. The worst part is on the Radio and Records website – where they put a star and the word “winner” on Handel’s picture – my sad face remained unadorned. Always a bridesmaid…
