Gerhardt Fuchs, drummer for multiple bands including The Juan MacLean, !!! (pronounced chk chk chk) and Maserati has passed away after he fell to his death in an elevator shaft. James Murphy, of LCD Soundsystem had this to say about Mr. Fuchs drumming…

“He was one of the only people we all knew who was literally great at what he did,” Mr. Murphy said. “And he was incredibly generous with his talent.”
