A harbor seal gave birth to her baby at the Elliott Bay Marina Monday morning.

Habormaster Brian Kaloper says they closed down G-dock for a few hours so that mom and pup could get acquainted and enjoy the first swimming lesson.

The marina took video with the security cameras and then posted the joyous occasion on YouTube.
