The Boston Police Department reports three more suspects have been taken into custody in the deadly bombing at the Boston Marathon.

“Three additional suspects taken into custody in Marathon bombing case. Details to follow,” the department tweeted Wednesday morning.

Boston police confirmed to CBS following the tweet that they did arrest three more suspects.

Police had previously identified Tamerlan Tsarnaev and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev as suspects in the case. Tamerlan was killed in a shootout with police. Dzhokhar was apprehended and now remains in a prison hospital.

CBS reports the three additional suspects were arrested for aiding or harboring the two suspects after the attack. The additional suspects were reportedly not arrested in Boston, but were nearby.
