KIRO film critic Tom Tangney is legitimately undecided on which movie will take home Best Picture this Sunday at the 88th annual Academy Awards show.

He thinks it’ll come down to ‘Big Short,’ ‘The Revenant,’ and ‘Spotlight,’ – a three-way tie which is “unheard of” at the Oscars.
