Red, White & Waffle House: Tips for showing your pride for Team USA
We hope you’re showing your patriotic pride today: At 1 p.m. PST the United States will face Belgium in the World Cup. In this round, the winner will advance and the loser will go home.

But how will people show their support?
We wanted to share some of the highlights of patriotic fans, including their totally wacky suggestions.

Since there aren’t any Waffle House locations in the Puget Sound area, we recommend visiting your favorite breakfast joint and boycotting Belgian waffles there.

If you want to watch the World Cup with like-minded fans, you can join the Sounders FC viewing party at CenturyLink Event Center where KIRO Radio’s Tom & Curley will be hosting their show. The gates to the event opened at 11 a.m.
